These Ember Mats are designed to prevent embers and falling coals from damaging the ground beneath your fire pit. They are made from silicon coated fibreglass with a reflective strip on one side.

These mats are not insulating - they will not prevent heat from damaging the ground. Recommended minimum clearance of 150mm between mat and base of fire pit.
