  • Can I cancel my order?
    We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we're not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. After receiving, you are welcome to follow the returns process to receive a refund.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    TRC Concepts accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal & Afterpay.
  • Where is my order?
    If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we’re here to help. Before contacting us it’s worth checking a few things first. Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email can take up to 2 business days to arrive. Please check your junk/spam folder.
  • Can I change the delivery address?
    Once an order has been completed, we are unable to change your delivery address.
  • My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
    Damage during shipping is rare. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with as much information as possible. Include photographs of: ​ 1. The packaging 2. The parcel label (clearly showing the reference number) 3. The damaged item
  • Can you manufacture custom fire pits?
    TRC Concepts manufactures a range of custom products, including fire pits. For custom orders, please complete the contact form on the home page.
  • Will fire pits rust?
    All fire pits are manufactured locally from quality Australian steel. As the (steel) fire pits are supplied unpainted, without treatment they will develop a natural rust patina. To inhibit this process, fire pits may be painted and should be stored indoors, free from dirt and moisture. TRC Concepts recommends heat resistant paints such as Pot Belly Black from White Knight. To maintain appearance, repaint fire pit every 6 to 12 months.
  • Will the Maxtrax/Tred Mounting Brackets work on cross bars?
    We have had many customers successfully mount our Maxtrax/Tred Mounting Brackets on cross bars however, we recommend our Maxtrax/Tred Cross Bar Mounting Tray for this application. The one piece design of the mounting tray provides a strong base and eliminates alignment and twist issues that can be experienced when using the mounting brackets. The multiple mounting holes means the tray is easy to fit without the need to adjust the cross bar spacing in many applications. Always check to ensure the provided mounting hardware is compatible with you roof rack.
